Message from our Founder
Our Philosophy is simple, we put people first. I love the positive and supporting working environment we have created here in Manchester.
We have a diverse group of sales professionals for 18-63, qualified doctors, former pilots, actors and those who barely made it through school. Our backgrounds and heritage differ tremendously, but drive and ambition brings us together.
As a former pilot with a first class aerospace degree I think education can be a great indicator, but interpersonal skill and a great personality are arguably more important.
Our team has over 25 years of experience and a proven track record, you know you're in safe hands. There is absolutely no pressure, but Falcons support and mentoring programme is designed to get an individual up and running within a week. We have found time and time again that the key to success is not necessarily experience, but more work ethic and ambition.

Falcon Promotions exist to help individuals achieve their personal and financial goals.
Expansion Plans
We are honoured to be in such high demand from the clients we represent, and therefore plan to rapidly expand during 2024-2025. We currently have a team of 35 sub-contractors and plan to take this to 100 within the next 12 months. Initally the business was focused on residential fundraising, a strategy we employed during the covid pandemic. We now have teams working in the residential, business and events spaces, for both non-profit and for profit organisations.

Shyla previously worked in the banking sector, she is an award winning sales coach who has been responsible for supporting thousands of individuals across several sectors.

Talent Acquisitions Manager
Keely was raised in Australia, and had a wealth of experience in customer services. She joined the team in February 2023.

Recruitment Director
Karolina is a recent university graduate, with a strong background in retail. She joined the team in October 2022.
