After initial CV sourcing. Our recruitment process is quick and simple.
Firstly, you will receive a quick call from the Recruitment team (based on your experience)
Successful candidates at this stage will be invited to attend a quick 5-10 zoom 1-1 with the team (putting a face to your CV). From there we will shortlist candidates to attend an in-person meeting at the office. This will give you a chance to spend an hour with the Managing Director and team.
The process will then finish with a quick assessment call

We have 40 sub-contractors, 4 members of staff and 2 Springer Spaniels. We plan to take this to 100 sub-contractors in the next 12 months and maybe 1 more Springer Spaniel!
The reality is that in 2026, Sales is essentially Customer Service. We look for candidates, ideally, with face to face experience, so working anywhere from Nandos to Sainsburys to Wetherspoons would be adequate. Our main requirement for our candidates is you must be a people person.
No all brands we are currently representing offer a BA fee plus weekly commissions.
Not exclusively, but residential sales is an important part of what we do.
It is by far the most effective route to market for face to face, and typically where most enter the sector. Due to the size of the market and captive audience it's the perfect place to start.

Great BA Fee Plus Awesome Commissions
All Brands we represent offer a Brand Awareness Fee of £73 a day, commission are typically between £100 and £200 per week and increase substantially with experience.

A typical Brand Ambassador will speak to between 85 and 100 people each day. As you can imagine, this rapidly develops interpersonal skills. After 6 months of working with us, candidates will find a substantial boost in confidence with the ability to expertly communicate with anyone from any age or demographic. Sales is arguably the most transferable skill, present in all sectors and industries. “Whatever is invented, used or made needs to be sold”.

Flexibility On Your Terms (Self-Employment)
Being sub-contracted to Falcon Promotions means that you have complete control over how many days you work. Most Brand Ambassadors work patterns that fit around their lifestyle with majority working 5 days per week, some for 4, some 3 and etc.
