What did you do in the past?

After completing my Dance and Performing Arts Degree at Leeds Beckett University, I found passion in being a remote worker: stealing socks and chasing tennis balls, until  I found the perfect opportunity for me.

What do you love about working at Falcon?

I love being able to work with my mummy and receive lots of belly scratches from my colleagues.

What is your role?

Stealing Rogues toys is my most important task! Since starting I have progressed in my duties and now assist my mummy in welcoming all the new faces that come into our office! It’s so much fun! This has also helped me use my Dance degree as I get to wiggle my bum!

What advice would you give to new starters?

Don’t forget to bring my tennis balls, they are my favourite thing in the world (apart from my mummy) and will definitely help win me over.

What did you do in the past?

From the age of 12 all I ever wanted to be was a pilot in the RAF, my mum took me to an airshow at RAF Sealand and I was hooked, I washed pots in a local hotel to save money to get flying lesson, studied maths and physics at college and obtained an Aeronautical Engineering degree from Coventry university. I flew in the airforce until getting hay-fever, the rest is history.

What do you love about working at Falcon?

I love the food, with such a large and diverse mix of people, we’re always out for a birthday, anniversary, or sampling someone’s nations cuisine.

What is your role?

Primarily my team is split between talent scouting and business development, at Falcon we are always on the look out for amazing people. I believe the core to any business in 2024 is exceptional people. For this reason, I always make time to do initial face to face appointments with potential new starters.

What advice would you give to new starters?

Jump in and give things a go you never know what could happen. Sales for me was meant to be temporary, a job to put on my cv and save towards a commercial pilots license.

What do you love about working at Falcon?

Companies with high standards and core values and a deep understanding that people are so complex and unique, is a place I call home from home. Having watched my own personal development over the years, has made me realise that vulnerability is a strength and being brave is bold.  Working in a people industry, the most fulfilling reward of working at Falcon is the opportunity to nurture potential talent. Watching individuals become confident from within and realising their aspirations makes me feel like a proud parent.

What is your role?

Helping nurture and get the best out of people.

What advice would you give to new starters?

In my opinion, the only time you should ever compare yourself to someone else, their life, their goals, their capabilities, is if you have the exact same DNA.

Falcon is probably the best working environment I’ve ever seen across both my own and the experience of others. It is a breath of fresh air to come into work every morning and see smiling faces, and individuals who truly love what they do. The culture we have curated over the last 2 years I have been here has allowed for a fun, dynamic environment purposed for growth and development together and not just for the singular individual. It is easy to look around the office be proud of our accomplishments because the team grow together.
Working at Falcon means constantly learning so honing in skills, and for me, that means there’s no stagnation in my own personal growth.
There is also a network of support, not only within the office, but also across the country.

Head of Organisational Admin & Recruitment
Alongside Keely we do all the background work to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible for our MDs and Brand Ambassadors.

What advice would you give to new people?

One of the best things about Falcon is our teams commitment to learning and teaching. the best piece of advice I could think of is : be ready to learn and be able to commit to learning. Make use of the team and the network and never be shy to ask for help.

Don’t focus on what anyone else is asking of you, focus on what you’re asking of yourself. Joining our team meets that you are someone who is motivated and committed to hitting your own goals,  keep focused on those goals and don’t worry about what anyone else wants or is doing.
